3. User-Generated Content & Public Mixes
Users may create visual collections ("Mixes") and choose to make them public or keep them private. You retain all rights to the content and links you curate. However, by making a mix public, you grant URLinks a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, index, format, and distribute that public mix across our search and discovery feeds.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor, review, edit, or remove any user-generated content or public mix that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service, its original interface design, custom icons, layout structures, algorithms, and branding (excluding user-submitted bookmarks and public web links) are and will remain the exclusive property of URLinks and its licensors.
5. Advertising and Third-Party Links
The Service may display advertisements provided by Google AdSense and third-party advertising partners. The Service also contains links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by URLinks. URLinks has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
